Springboard+ courses are designed to help you gain the skills necessary to either obtain employment in industry areas where there is an increasing need, or to upskill in your current job.
Your eligibility is assessed based on your status on the date the course first starts. You will need to meet the eligibility criteria on that date to be eligible.
If your application is successful and you receive a provisional place offer, official documentary evidence to verify your eligibility will be requested by the course provider before you can enrol on a Springboard+ course. The eligibility verification process takes place before the course start date.
As places on Springboard+ courses are limited, applicants who are on a qualifying Social Welfare payment will always take priority over others.
Please select the relevant tab above to read the eligibility criteria for your applicable status (i.e. EU Applicant or non-EU applicant).
IMPORTANT:
Applicants who are EU, EEA, UK or Swiss nationals should select the “EU Applicants” tab for eligibility criteria.
All other applicants should select the “Non-EU Applicants” tab for eligibility criteria.
